- 1999 – june 2013: Dermatologist and head of Mohs and reconstructive surgery as Oncology at the department of dermatology, Erasmus Medical Center, Rotterdam. Now still performing
– Mohs surgery and one of the most experienced Mohs surgeons in Europe - November 2008 – 2023: Dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgery, Mohsklinieken Dordrecht
- June 2013 – today: Dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgery Maasstadziekenhuis, Rotterdam
- Mohs surgery: 450 Mohs surgeries every year (more than 10000 Mohs surgeries performed)
